Dwayne is currently the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director of the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about helping the next generation to become biblical counselors. He sits on the committee of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online publications and is as a contributor to Christ-Centered Bible Counseling: Redefining Lives by God's Unchangeable The Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie and their three kids.
